-
journals to map and process emotional states, personal values and beliefs, foundational experiences, and the fears holding us back
-
eBooks teaching grounding visualizations, stress-relieving breath patterns, somatic movement practices, and techniques for heightened emotional states
-
video-based archive of classes focused on emotional skill building, such as nervous system regulation, subconscious self-inquiry, and inner child healing

Whether the focus is releasing stress and anxiety, moving through present or past emotions, processing memories or conditioned beliefs, or igniting our confidence and creativity, these healing resources are designed to help us release and create space for our emotions – allowing us to gain clarity and confidence to move toward our dreams and desires.

They are more than just resources to experience healing, they’re an opportunity to learn emotional tools and techniques you can carry with you day-to-day.

The Teachers Wall
Unaffiliated with the school, these teachers are some of my favorite educators and voices, offering free online lessons and paid courses to learn more. I have loved learning from them on my journey. Everything from cooking to neuroscience, these are incredible leaders sharing their wisdom with the world.
