Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any sessions, courses, or services provided by Soulcur LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not book or use our services, products, or resources.​​

 

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Soulcur LLC.

  • “Services” refers to all sessions, courses, events, content, and products offered by the Company, including but not limited to breathwork, emotional empowerment classes, somatic movement, meditation, and online content.

  • “Client” refers to the individual who engages with the Company’s services, products, content, and resources.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.​

 

4. Health Disclaimer & Client Responsibility

  • Breathwork and Emotional Empowerment Sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including but not limited to therapeutic or mental health treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating in such services.

  • By participating, you confirm that you:

    • currently possess sufficient physical, mental, and emotional health to engage in the session.

    • Do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health information during the booking process and ahead of the session.​

 

5. Assumption of Risk

You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with breathwork and emotional processing, including but not limited to:

  • Physical or emotional discomfort.

  • Dizziness, hyperventilation, or other physical sensations.

  • Emotional release or psychological distress.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Soulcur LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or discomfort arising from the sessions.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souclur LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your participation in our services, usage of content or resources, or interactions with other Clients.

  • Any actions or decisions you make based on information or guidance provided in the sessions.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.​

 

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Clients may cancel a Session with at least 48 notice for a full refund or credit towards rescheduling. Clients may cancel participation in a Course at least two weeks prior to the start date for a full refund or credit towards rescheduling. Clients may cancel a Package within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations not made within the aforementioned time frame or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • Refunds: Refunds for Packages, Courses, or Sessions will be issued in accordance with our refund policy outlined during booking.​

 

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include Credit Card.

  • Failure to process payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Sessions are private, and any personal information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless:

    • Required by law.

    • There is a risk of harm to you or others.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Soulcur LLCC, including but not limited to recordings, videos, electronic content, printed content, website content, and designs, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from Soulcur LLC.

11. Code of Conduct

Clients agree to:

  • Treat the facilitator and other participants with respect and kindness.

  • Not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior during sessions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove clients from sessions without a refund if they violate this code of conduct.​

 

12. Force Majeure

Soulcur LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.

 

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through mediation in North Carolina, and if necessary, through binding arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs for dispute resolution.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​

 

15. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.​
