HOW IT WORKS?
Our work together is structured into a month-to-month arrangement focused on: creating change, pursuing dreams, exploring passions, releasing stress, nourishing ourselves, connecting to our intuition, building self-trust, and processing emotions.
We meet weekly via Zoom on Fridays or Sundays, whichever is best for your schedule. Each session is 60 to 75 minutes long. We move through a seamless flow of dialogue and practices: somatics, meditative, reflective, subconscious scripting, and reframing.
Each you’ll receive pages for your weekly journal. This will consist of practices, exercises, and journal prompts curated for you – to help you put your work into practice.
Remember, this is a great complementary practice to therapy, but not a replacement of.

We time travel – between the past, present, and future. We explore the depths of ourselves to connect to our inner self-trust and authority, our intuition, and create an impenetrable safe, compassionate internal world.
With somatic and meditative techniques, we move through the past as it shows up blocking the present. Through self-compassion, we move into a more empowered sense of self day-to-day. We create interventions for overwhelming moments. And, we create a time and practices to connect to that calmer internal foundation – to connect more deeply to our intuition, self-trust, and spirit.
$260 per month ($65 per session)

We spend our time each week to decompress, release tension in the body, ground, and reconnect with our physical bodies.
Life is beyond stressful these days, it’s overwhelming. And, our nervous systems require dedicated practices to help us move through the overwhelm. As we reduce some of the physiological sensations of stress, we can rest more, think more creatively, be more active and engaged, and connect more deeply to the present moment.

You put off healthy risk-taking action for productive-feeling planning. Planning has become procrastination. But, the good news is.. you’re ready. You just need to get your nervous system, mindset, and resources supporting you. And… partnership in the pursuit of your dreams helps.... So, consider me your hype-up, accountability partner who will support you through all the experiences that come with creative callings.

If you are interested in exploring one-on-one work together, we’ll set up a 30-minute Zoom call to explore options. No commitments with exploring, just a conversation to see if it’s a fit.
Whether you are curious about a specific program, such as one of the above, or would want something more custom and blended, we’ll explore the options.
If you decide to move forward, we’ll set a start date and a weekly Zoom call for our time together. We’ll create goals and define what we want to work through and what we want to work towards.
Because I only work with three clients at a time, you’ll have the opportunity to renew at the end of each month, to take a month or three off to put everything into practice, or to end our work together.
If I am currently at capacity, you can join the waitlist and will be extended an invitation when a space opens up. This is to ensure I have the energy and focus for each person I work with.
