These experiences fluidly blend meditative and reflective exercises to explore a particular theme or intent. Integrated exercises help us more deeply connect with our subconscious mind, physical body, physiological sensations, consciousness, spirit, and dreams.

What we practice

Whether the focus is releasing stress, processing conditioned beliefs, connecting spiritually, or igniting our confidence and creativity, these sessions are designed to help us create space for new emotions and experiences.

They are more than just a place to experience healing within a community; they’re an opportunity to learn emotional tools and techniques that you can carry with you day-to-day. ​​​

  • Practices to calm the nervous system’s stress response, empowering you to manage overwhelm as it arises and feel more grounded and present day-to-day.

  • Somatic and meditative techniques to process deeply held emotions—such as shame, grief, fear, and rage—often tied to past experiences and conditioned beliefs. Through self-compassion and creating inner safety, we move into a more empowered sense of self day-to-day.

  • Guided visualizations to reconnect with your aspirations and values, offering clarity, meaning, and confidence to explore and pursue your paths. Rooted in spiritual connection and service to community, we create a sense of gratitude and boldness to bring our dreams to life.

Monthly EVENTS

We gather, at least once per month, for 60 to 75 minutes. Each Sanctuary event centers on a particular theme we’ll explore and practice.

Whether the focus is releasing stress and overwhelm, cultivating routine, moving through emotions, or igniting our confidence and creativity, these sessions are designed to help us release and create space for our emotions. They allow us to gain clarity and confidence to move toward our dreams, our activist and artistic callings, and our gifts to help us be of service to our selves, our communities, and this world.

Available to you when you need them, recorded sanctuaries are specifically created to be experienced from the comfort of your home – or wherever you need them.
