Sanctuaries are like a warm shower in the middle of winter. It’s a feeling of cleansing and relaxing into warmth. It’s a reprieve that allows your mind to go to creative and clarifying places. It’s a safe place for grieving, raging, having that conversation, crying, revisiting, screaming, celebrating, dancing, hyping yourself up, or enjoying the first quiet moment you’ve had all day. It’s a retreat from the busyness and stress of life. You can actually feel the tension melt away as you connect with your senses and give yourself the care you need and deserve.

 

During Sanctuaries, you are guided through a meditative journey using a blend of breath patterns, visualizations and imagery, somatic tools, and sound. Taking you through a movie in your mind, you are immersed....
