In this 75-minute, Sunday morning session, we move through my slightly abbreviated, but deeply nourishing and activating morning routine. If you have been wanting to rebuild your morning foundation, this may be the practice for you. We’ll do some:

a rejuvenating QiGong flow designed by LuChin
a couple of core stabilizing pilates moves from Renee
a grounding meditation and breath-practice from yours truly, Ash
an tension-releasing Ayurvedic scalp massage arranged by Sushmita
a Gua Sha or fingers lymphatic draining massage choreographed by Tina
and, we’ll close with an invitation to journal(optional to stay or continue on with your day)

This routine has been life-changing for me. I needed something that helped me find freedom in structure and flow in discipline. I needed a routine that built in the morning, I wasn’t feeling nourished by jumping in to working out or even meditating. This is the series I crafted over several weeks and now do each morning; I not only have more physical energy, but more creative energy too.
