Morning Routine: for Grounding and Energizing

In this 75-minute, Sunday morning session, we move through my slightly abbreviated, but deeply nourishing and activating morning routine. If you have been wanting to rebuild your morning foundation, this may be the practice for you. We’ll do some:

  • a stress-releasing fascia maneuver series created by Ikue

  • a rejuvenating QiGong flow designed by LuChin

  • a couple of core stabilizing pilates moves from Renee

  • a grounding meditation and breath-practice from yours truly, Ash

  • an tension-releasing Ayurvedic scalp massage arranged by Sushmita

  • a Gua Sha or fingers lymphatic draining massage choreographed by Tina

  • and, we’ll close with an invitation to journal(optional to stay or continue on with your day)

It’s designed to move from slow and self-connecting, to energizing, to grounding again, to uplifting, then nourishing, and then rooting you for the day.

The teachers (Ikue, LuChin, Renee, Sushmita, and Tina) all provide incredible, free resources on YouTube. We’ll bring small pieces of their teachings in to the Sanctuary session, and I hope you feel nourished enough by the session to explore their full videos as part of your morning routine.
