Meditations are delivered to your email in your choice of file formats: WAV file or private YouTube link.

WAV files are audio files that can be played via QuickTime, Apple, Google, or Microsoft music players – on your computer or phone.

You can select to have your meditation delivered via a private YouTube link, as well.

Select which meditation type you prefer, and please reach out with any questions before selecting. Once you select and order your meditation, you will complete a questionnaire to guide the content and experience of your personalized sanctuary.

Once your order is placed and questionnaire completed, your meditation will be delivered within 7 days.

After I review your responses to the questionnaire, I meditate on your journey – creating your experience first in my mind and mapping it out before moving into the recording studio.

The script is developed, then I create the right Hz frequencies, binaural stimulation, and select the music to best support your journey and nervous system. The guided vocals are layered with sound, tested, edited, and refined, and then packaged into your final format.

The entire process takes three to six hours, depending on the type of meditation.
