If you have never experienced breathwork before, a few important notes. It’s common to feel tingling in your fingers and toes, for your body to feel like it’s vibrating, for you to see colors as your eyes are closed, for your eyes to water, for you to shake, to feel cold, especially in your extremities as blood moves to your core. If at any point you feel dizzy or lightheaded, simply move to a slow breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and repeat. Emotional releases are also normal.
If you are pregnant, have a history of intense mental distress or are in an active mental distress without adequate support, if you have cardiovascular or blood pressure issues, a history of seizures, or have had recent surgery. This session and these breath patterns may not be for you at this time
